Description
TASTING NOTES
Intense citrus color with a golden background, lively and crystalline. We chose the Trajadura grape variety because it’s not too acidic or aggressive. It has an aromatic base of fruits such as apple, pear and peach. The palate is soft, full, with great balance, round and ripe. At the end it leaves a great freshness in the mouth and is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish or seafood. We’d say it’s a typical transitional wine with a good ageing capacity.

VINIFICATION
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to the winery in 20 kg boxes. After pre-maceration on the skins, the grapes were pressed and fermented in 600-liter barrels and cement vats, with fine lees. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged in the same barrels and cement vats with the fine lees, using batonnage. It was bottled in June 2024.
