VINIFICATION

Harvest took place on November 10th for small boxes.

Pneumatic pressing with whole bunches, natural decanting at 10aC. Fermentation in French oak barrels. Ageing in casks on fine lees until the blend is formed. Gentle filtration before bottling.

STORAGE AND SERVING TIPS

If well stored, consume by the end of 2040. It should be served at a temperature of 7 to 9oC.

Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany strong cheeses, Foie Gras and puff pastries.
