This wine gives us a feeling of freshness, but at the same time some hints of maturity. A true blend in which the young marry the old. It combines aromas of fresh and dried fruit. With a closer nose we are transported to oriental aromas such as black tea and exotic infusions. From the first approach you get a sense of volume and intensity. The palate is soft with a sequence of flavors of plum, fig, lemon, orange, chestnut… reflecting great complexity. At the end you feel a slight warm and sweet touch, reminding us that this is a Port wine, but a light one.

VINIFICATION

The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to the winery, located in Vila Nova de Foz Côa, in 20 kg boxes. Vinification in cement vats with masses over 3 days, followed by pressing to finish fermentation and the subsequent addition of brandy. Ageing in cement vats in the warehouse in Vila Nova de Gaia, near the sea, with excellent temperature and humidity conditions. The wine is the result of a blend of 3 different vintages.
