It is clear, bright and citrus-colored. Intense aroma, with fruity notes of peach and melon combined with intense citrus and wild flower aromas. On the palate, it has a balanced acidity, denoting freshness with a long finish.

VINIFICATION

Winemaking, preceded by thermal correction of the grapes, involved total destemming and gentle pneumatic pressing. Fermentation took place at controlled temperatures of between 14 and 16oC.
