General Terms and Conditions of the Sala de Prova
These General Terms are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the store Blue Target – Unipessoal Lda, a legal entity with NIF PT513 882 162, headquartered at Rua da Saudade, n° 59, 5th floor, Room 58, 4050-570 Porto, Portugal (hereinafter “Sala de Prova”) will be governed.
The Sala de Prova service consists of making available and providing a set of products and/or services to allow the user, who is given the status of a customer, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.
Using the Sala de Prova implies the full acceptance and agreement of all the parameters present in the described Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy in effect when you access the Testing Room.
If you do not accept, partially or entirely, any of the stipulated conditions, you should not make purchases in the Sala de Prova. If you access the Testing Room, you are committing and taking responsibility to respect the conditions determined on this page and in the Privacy Policy.
The Sala de Prova reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions to verify any changes or updates.
Product and Pricing Information
Sala de Prova provides customers with details about the characteristics, descriptions, images, or videos of each product and/or service on each page available. Sala de Prova commits to offering its products and/or services clearly and correcting any errors that may occur as quickly as possible.
Sala de Prova presents the prices of each product and/or service concisely, including VAT, shipping fees applied to each order, and other applicable additional costs.
Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns, and services may be updated and changed by Sala de Prova at any time.
Intellectual Property
Sala de Prova is a registered online store, with the service provided by Blue Target – Unipessoal Lda.
The content, domain, and information present and available on Sala de Prova are the property of Blue Target – Unipessoal Lda or have been granted to it, thus being protected by copyright and related rights. Any use, reproduction, copying, or dissemination of visual, audiovisual, or written content is subject to prior approval by Sala de Prova.
The customer agrees to fully respect the conditions and rights referred to, as well as to refrain from acts that may violate the law and rights such as copyrights, related rights, and other applicable legislation concerning the use of images, videos, content, etc., without the express approval of Sala de Prova. Sala de Prova cannot be held responsible for any improper use of such products.
Payment Methods
Sala de Prova offers the following payment methods:

Once the payment is completed, Sala de Prova will perform a standard verification to process and ship the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, along with the corresponding invoice.
Purchase Conditions at Sala de Prova:
Product Availability
All products and/or services available at Sala de Prova can be purchased, except in cases of stock shortage or limitation, as well as pre-order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in such circumstances, they will be duly identified at Sala de Prova.
If a product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, Sala de Prova commits to contacting the customer via phone or email as soon as possible to expedite the process.
The customer should keep the proof of purchase to present on the day they will enjoy the experience/event.
All products and/or services available at Sala de Prova can be purchased by customers of legal age in accordance with the laws regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Products and/or services available at Sala de Prova can be shipped to any territory, except those where Sala de Prova does not have a shipping agreement. Information will be available at the order checkout.
Fees and Taxes
At Sala de Prova, prices are presented in Euros, with the applicable VAT and taxes included in the displayed price, in accordance with the prevailing law.
Order Delivery Time
At Sala de Prova, orders have an indicative delivery time of 15 days, except for any hindrance that is not directly the responsibility of Sala de Prova.
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. Please inform the Exam Room via the following email address: geral@saladeprova.com. If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. The Exam Room is not responsible for any delays in processing order cancellations.
The Exam Room reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond the control of the Exam Room.
Free Termination
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, they may do so via the email geral@saladeprova.com or by filling in the contact form available in the Exam Room. When terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any gifts that accompany the main product. Sala de Prova must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form. The shipping costs associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. Any refund procedure will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force in Decree Law No. 24/2014.

The customer may submit a complaint regarding any issue, act, information or service provided by Sala de Prova by contacting the email geral@saladeprova.com or through the electronic complaints book available via the link: www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
Disclaimer
By creating and using an account in the Proof Room, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, its confidentiality and for all activity arising from their account. By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
The Proof Room is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access to and proper functioning of the online store. The Proof Room is not responsible for any possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services provided, as well as for any delay or unforeseen event in the delivery of orders.
