VINIFICATION

VINIFICATION: Skin maceration for 1 month. Fermentation in used barrels
AGING: In old French oak barrels of 300 liters capacity for 8 months, with bâtonnage of the fine lees.

A gastronomic wine that goes particularly well with mushroom risotto, island cheese, scrambled eggs with asparagus and apple strudel.
