VINIFICATION

The harvest began in perfect weather conditions on September 4th and ended on September 23rd. The grapes, duly selected and partially destemmed, fermented in a press with foot treading for 10 days. Ageing and malolactic fermentation took place in French oak barrels for 18 months.
