TASTING NOTES

Very light in color, it is a classic rosé, fresh and aromatic. It has fresh notes of raspberry, roses and a slight hint of clementine. On the palate it’s fresh, with mineral notes and a very long finish.

VINIFICATION

The harvest took place in perfect weather conditions on September 6th. The properly selected and destemmed grapes were pressed in a pneumatic press, fermented at low temperatures for 4 weeks and aged on the fine lees for 5 months.
