VINIFICATION
It is vinified in the Quinta da Leda winery, from grapes grown on that estate and from vineyards on our properties in the upper Douro. After destemming, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats, where the alcoholic fermentation takes place. A long, gentle, temperature-controlled maceration takes place in order to extract the compounds that contribute to the color, aroma, taste and longevity of this wine.
