Located at the top of the Tower, the Tasting Room will be a space dedicated to Douro and Port wines, with a programme of courses, tastings and events coordinated by oenologist Bento Amaral. But as so much wine cannot be drunk on an empty stomach, there is also a menu designed by chef Luís Américo, where there is no shortage of pastries, croquettes, cheeses and charcuterie to accompany what you’re drinking, or hot dishes to continue a proper meal.
